You may sign up using one of the authentication methods we make available, such as Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Squids, including video clips, comments, and community posts ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Squids a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Service. This includes the right to feature your content in promotional materials, social media, and on our website.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
When you delete your User Content or your account, we will remove your content from the Service within a reasonable timeframe. However, you acknowledge that cached or archived copies may not be immediately removed, and that content shared or redistributed by other users prior to deletion may remain available. The licence granted above terminates when your content is fully removed from our systems.

Squids is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squids and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squids, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
